Lamont Ratchford
Founder & CEO
​Lamont is the Founder of Higher Definition Radio, a platform dedicated to spiritually rich and socially conscious storytelling. Originally launched 18 years ago to empower every voice in the community, the show blends American religious traditions with
contemporary dialogue, highlighting local voices and amplifying messages that inspire and inform. Over the years, Higher Definition Radio has focused on serving the community by supporting local projects, amplifying grassroots efforts, and using media as a tool for meaningful change. Lamont’s commitment to accessibility and cultural resonance has transformed the airwaves into a space for thoughtful elevation and connection.

He is an alumnus of Central Michigan University, Hawaii Pacific University, and Strayer University, holding advanced credentials in Business Administration, Economics and
Supply Chain. A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and trained in Harris Lean Flow, Lamont combines technical insight with hands-on innovation.

His journey has taken him through diverse cities including Dayton, OH, Mililani, HI, Rome, GA, Anniston, AL, and Salt Lake City, UT—each shaping his perspective and
deepening his commitment to service, leadership, and authenticity.

Lamont lives by the principle: “If you are the smartest person in your circle of friends, it's time to find a new circle of friends.” It’s this mindset that fuels his drive to grow, lead, and uplift those around him.

Marlon Davis
Show Host
Marlon Davis is a Manager at AAA, specializing in insurance operations and customer service. With a proven track record of excellence, he has earned distinctions such as the President’s Club and Premier Performer awards. Holding an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marlon combines operational expertise with a people-first leadership style. He is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships and fostering team success. Outside of work, Marlon enjoys DJing, singing, and spending quality time with his wonderful family.


Tia
Show Host
Tia Hart is a dynamic leader, advocate, and visionary based in Richburg, South Carolina. She is the Founder and Director of Gemstones Youth Development Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls and women through education, mentorship, and advocacy.
With over 23 years of global experience in supply chain management, Tia has worked with industry leaders such as Transaxle Manufacturing, Siemens Energy, and Columbus McKinnon, Odyssey Logistics and Gallo—traveling across India, Italy, Switzerland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Canada, and the U.S.
Tia holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Winthrop University, an Associate of Science in Computer Technology, and an Executive Certificate in Transformational Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. She is also a licensed SC Property Manager In Charge and a Certified Notary Signing Agent.
In addition to her corporate and nonprofit leadership, Tia serves as a South Carolina Victims Advocate volunteering at the Chester County Sheriff's Office and is currently implementing a Victims Service program in Gemstones to better serve her community and strengthen Gemstones' outreach.
Tia’s passion for advocacy was born from personal tragedy—after losing a family member to domestic violence in 2010, she committed herself to creating safe, empowering spaces for young women. Gemstones was officially launched in 2012 and continues to grow under her leadership.
She is also the owner of M&M Property Management Services and a talk radio host at Higher Definition Radio, where she shares insights and inspiration with her community.
Tia lives in Richburg with her husband Christopher and their four children: Reuben, Mackenzie, Olivia, and Amaris. Her life’s mission is to uplift others, build awareness, and promote success through empowerment and service.
Everett Able
Show Host
Everett Able is a dedicated professional with a deep passion for community service, personal growth, and leadership. Known for his calm presence, integrity, and strong work ethic, he brings both thoughtfulness and discipline to every endeavor. With experience that bridges technical expertise and people-centered roles, Everett thrives at the intersection of purpose and performance. A former paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division, he continues to carry the values of courage, resilience, and service into his civilian life.
In 2013, Everett was honored as the Salvation Army’s Man of the Year for the Southern Territory, which spans 13 states. In 2017, he was again recognized as the Salvation Army’s Volunteer of the Year in Rock Hill, South Carolina—reflecting both his regional and local impact in serving others.

Candice Moffatt, also known as Candice Counsels, is a Minister, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Brain Health Coach, Author of “30 texts that will change your life” and the Founder of Be You Be Beautiful. Candice is the owner of
New Vision Therapy & Wellness Counseling Services where she marries Mental Health, Faith and Wellness. Candice created the organization Be You Be Beautiful, INC. to teach teen girls and women how to authentically and confidently be themselves through mentoring programs and empowering events. Her and team-teach biblical truths backed by brain science. She explains the importance of being yourself in every area of your life. Her purpose is to be the light that directs people back to Christ through encouragement. Candice speaks at events, hosts seminars and workshops throughout the year. On a daily basis, Candice provides service through her mental health counseling services as well as coaching services. She interviews others
on her podcast where she helps others find the light of God in their darkness.
